Every piece of Rondoro jewelry is expertly crafted in Vienna, Austria ⎯ a city renowned for its design heritage and artisanal excellence.
We work hand-in-hand with trusted local partners to uphold the highest standards of quality and craftmanship. By keeping production in Austria, we ensure meticulous attention to detail, ethical sourcing, and complete control over every step of the production process.
What precious metals are used in Rondoro jewelry?
Rondoro jewelry is crafted from two premium precious metal alloys and offered in three exquisite finishes:
- Rhodium-plated sterling silver ⎯ for a brilliant, tarnish-resistant shine
- 999.9 fine gold-plated sterling silver ⎯ sterling silver expertly plated with 999.9 fine gold
- 18-karat yellow gold ⎯ fortimeless elegance and enduring value
Every Rondoro piece ⎯ regardless of material ⎯ is enhanced with a palladium barrier layer. This high-performance coating protects against tarnishing, oxidation, and black discoloration, ensuringbrilliance and durability.
- Rhodium-plated sterling silver: Finished with a sleek rhodium layer for enhanced shine and long-term protection.
- 999.9 fine gold-plated sterling silver: Sterling silver is first sealed with a palladium barrier, then luxuriously plated with pure 24-karat gold ⎯ offering both sophistication and timeless appeal.
- 18-karat yellow gold: Even our solid gold pieces feature a palladium barrier and a subtle fine finish to preserve their radiant beauty for years to come.
How can I be sure my Rondoro jewelry is authentic?
Every Rondoro creation comes with a certificate of authenticity, verifying its origin and craftmanship. In compliance with legal standards, each piece is also stamped with a hallmark that confirms the purity of the precious metals used.
This guarantees you receive jewelry that is not only genuine, but also crafted to the highest quality standards.
What does the hallmark on Rondoro jewelry mean?
A hallmark is a trusted indicator of authenticity and precious metal purity. Each Rondoro piece is marked to ensure transparency and confidence in what you wear:
- 925: This stamp signifies sterling silver, meaning the piece contains 92.5% pure. The remaining 7.5% consists of other metals to enhance durability. Sterling silver is the global standard for high-quality silver jewelry.
- 750: This mark indicates 18-karat gold, composed of 75% pure gold and 25% alloyed metals for strength. This premium alloy is widely used in luxury gold jewelry for its perfect balance of richness and resilience.
How should I care for my product?
To preserve the brilliance of your Rondoro piece, always wear it with care and store it in a dry place when not in use.
- Rhodium-plated sterling silver: This finish resists tarnishing and provides a lasting, luminous shine. To maintain its beauty, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth, and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals like perfumes, hairsprays, or household cleaning agents.
- 999.9 fine gold-plated sterling silver: To keep your piece radiant, clean gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to avoid scratches and maintain its shine. Avoid direct contact with water, cosmetics, or other harsh substances to preserve the integrity of the gold plating.
- 18-karat yellow gold: Known for its natural durability, this precious alloy is further protected by a palladium barrier and fine gold finish. To maintain its radiance, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in a dry, safe place when not worn. Avoid exposure to water, cosmetics, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to preserve its brilliance over time.
Are Rondoro jewelry pieces nickel-free?
Yes. All Rondoro jewelry is 100% nickel-free and crafted exclusively from high-quality, skin-safe materials. Our commitment to purity ensures exceptional comfort ⎯ even for sensitive skin.
How long does the gold plating last?
The longevity of our gold plating depends on how often the piece is worn and how well it is cared for. With mindful handling, our 999.9 fine gold-plated jewelry can maintain its brilliance for many years.
To extend its life, avoid contact with water, sweat, cosmetics, and cleaning agents and clean regularly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Proper care preserves the radiant finish and ensures lasting beauty.
Can the jewelry be repaired?
While Rondoro does not currently offer in-house repair services, our pieces can typically be repaired by any skilled local goldsmith or jeweler.

Personalization
Can I personalize my Rondoro jewelry?
Yes ⎯ every Rondoro piece is individually handcrafted, and we offer a variety of personalization options to make your jewelry truly your own.
Through our webshop, you can:
- Add custom engravings on the front or back of select designs
- Choose from three elegant font styles for your message
- Select from a range of lacquer colors on certain pieces
If you have special request ⎯ such as adding a personal logo or exploring a
custom design ⎯ please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to explore tailored
solutions with you.
How long does it take to produce personalized items?
Personalized Rondoro pieces are handcrafted with care and typically require 4–6 business days for production before shipping.
Can I preview my personalized product before ordering?
Yes. Our online configurator lets you customize jewelry ⎯ including engraving ⎯ and view a detailed live preview before placing your order.
Please note: Because personalized items are made to order, they are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
Are different fontsavailable for engraving?
Absolutely. You can choose from multiple fonts in the configurator to ensure your message reflects your personal taste and style.
Ordering
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all EU countries, as well as Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. For the complete list and and shipping costs, please visit our Shipping Information page.
Can I order if my country is not listed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries not listed at this time. We’re continuously expanding and hope to reach more destinations soon.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Once your order confirmation is sent, production begins immediately ⎯ so changes
are no longer possible.
However, items that are not personalized can still be returned under your statutory consumer rights.
How do I create a customer account?
You can create an account either during the checkout process or by registering directly on our website. With a Rondoro account, you can easily track your orders, manage personal details, and access your order history.
How do I update my email address?
For security reasons, email addresses cannot be changed directly in your account.
Please contact our support team at support@rondoro.com and we’ll assist you with the update.
How do I reset my password?
Rondoro uses a password-free login system. Simply enter your email at login and a 6-digit access code will be sent to you.
If you don’t receive the code, check your spam folder or request a new code. For further help, reach out to support@rondoro.com.
Can I update my payment preferences?
Yes. You can add or update your payment details during checkout or at any time in your account settings.
How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your Rondoro account, please email support@rondoro.com. All personal data will be erased in accordance with applicable privacy laws, with the exception of any data we are legally required to retain.
What happens to the data after the customer account is deleted?
After deletion of your account, your personal data will be removed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Some data that is necessary for legal requirements or accounting purposes will continue to be stored securely, but only to the extent required by law. Your data will never be stored for longer than necessary and will always be treated confidentially.

Shipping & Delivery
How does shipping work?
We ship to all EU countries, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, in accordance with our standard shipping terms.
Which courier will deliver my order?
- In Austria: Österreichische Post AG or GLS
- In Germany: DHL or GLS
- In other countries: GLS
How long does delivery take?
Once your item has been produced, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location.
What are the shipping costs?
The amount of our flat-rate shipping fee depends on your delivery location and is between 4.90 euros and 16.90 euros, depending on the destination country. Further details on the exact shipping costs can be found in our shipping conditions.
Rondoro jewelry is valuable. That's why the value of your order is insured throughout the shipping process, so you don't have to worry about the protection of your order. The cost of insurance is included in the shipping fee.
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs charges, which depend on various factors and are payable by customers.
Is express shipping available?
At this time, express shipping is not available.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Yes ⎯ your order is fully insured in transit at no additional cost to you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number
What if I miss the delivery?
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carriers will typically leave a delivery attempt notice or place the package at a local pick-up point.

Can I use a different delivery address?
Yes. You can add or update your shipping address during checkout or anytime in your customer account.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive email notifications at every step:
- When your order is received
- When production begins
- When your item ships ⎯ including tracking information.
What should I do if my order is lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the shipping notification, first check with the carrier using your tracking number.
Still no delivery?
Contact us ⎯ we’ll initiate  an investigation and provide a replacement or refund if the item is confirmed lost.
What if something is missing from my delivery?
Please contact our customer service team immediately if any items are missing. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Payment
When do I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you as soon as production begins, and it will also be available for download in your customer account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of
secure and convenient payment options, including:

- Klarna (invoice or instant payment)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through trusted payment providers using advanced encryption technology.
For your protection, we do not store your payment details.
Returns
How do I return an order?
You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days of your original payment method. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are not refunded.
- Express shipping charges are non-refundable.

We currently operate exclusively online and do not have physical stores.
