We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as to the United Kingdom and Switzerland. A flat shipping fee applies, depending on the destination.
Rondoro jewelry is valuable — and so is your peace of mind. That’s why every order is fully insured throughout the entire shipping process. The cost of this insurance is already included in the flat shipping fee.

Delivery Partners
- In Austria, your order will be delivered by Österreichische Post AG or GLS.
- In Germany, we ship via DHL or GLS.
- For all other countries, delivery is handled by GLS.
The delivery time for international orders depends on the destination country of your order. The estimated delivery period from the time your order is received will be displayed in the webshop before you complete your purchase. Once your order has been produced and leaves our goldsmith’s workshop, the average shipping time – depending on the delivery region – is between 1 and 4 business days.
