You may cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

This cancellation period begins 14 days from the day you — or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) — take possession of the final item in your order.

How to Cancel Your Order

You are welcome to use our return form, although it is not required.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of cancellation before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you — including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional charges for express or non-standard delivery options) — within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the full order is returned, we will refund both the product price and the standard shipping fee.

If only part of the order is returned, we will refund only the returned item(s); shipping fees remain unchanged.

Express shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return — whichever comes first.

Liability for Reduced Value

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

General Return Notes

Please avoid damaging or soiling the items.

Return all items in their original packaging, including any accessories or components.

Use protective outer packaging if needed. If the original packaging is no longer available, ensure secure packing to prevent damage in transit.

Do not send items freight collect (unpaid).

These notes are recommendations and not required to exercise your right to cancel.
